.Re-sign

WHY .RE-SIGN

Other companies won’t do —
here’s why it’s .Re-sign.

The answer comes down to this one page.
We’re a company that holds the design that delivers value (branding), the system that keeps running (management), and the judgment that moves people’s hearts (sense) inside a single team. That’s why we can commit all the way through to value reaching people and becoming a brand.

Tap a circle to see its explanation below.

Branding & Marketing = deliver value, get chosen Management = HR, organization, AI, IT Sense = experience & field insight, adoption & training value delivered, becomes a brand .Re-sign

.RE-SIGN / Where the three overlap

Delivering value and making it a brand is a full-contact discipline — only when all three meet does it land

A company that puts value into words, a company that builds HR and organization, a company that implements AI and IT — normally you’d hire each separately and be left connecting them yourself. We hold branding, management, and on-the-ground sense within a single team.

  • Three, through one point of contact

A brand producer (Kamata), an SME management consultant (Okuwaki), and finance & business development (Matano). Because one team handles design, implementation, and the ongoing cycle, “I said it / I never heard that” simply doesn’t happen.

  • Management intent reaches implementation intact

Diagnosis (Lens) → design (Blueprint) → implementation (Orchestra) → cycle (TOMOS). With no breaks in between, the vision never blurs as things move forward.

  • We don’t stop once it’s built

Even after you graduate from our hands-on support, TOMOS stays in the organization as the foundation of the cycle — because brand value compounds through perceived value × consistency × time.

So in the first 30 minutes, you should feel the difference.

CHECK POINTS

7 questions worth askingbefore you choose a partner.

For value to reach people and become a brand, you need all three: branding × management × sense. Miss any one of them, and value stops right at the seam. “It’s there, but no one can find it.” “We built it, but no one can see it.” “Things got better, but it never got across.” — more often than not, that’s a seam problem, not a skill problem. So whichever company you’re talking to, ask these seven questions. We answer “yes” to every one of them.

  1. Q 1

Branding, HR and AI, and getting it to stick on the front line — are they all inside the same team?

Typical partner profile Branding is covered Management is covered Sense is covered

    Why this question matters

When the person who puts value into words, the person who builds the systems and structures, and the person who embeds it on the front line are all different people, your own company ends up having to connect them. Intent thins out with every translation, and when something doesn’t work, it’s unclear who’s responsible.

Common pitfall: Every type of support out there is built around one or two areas of strength. It’s common to fill the gaps with outside partners, but the job of connecting them and managing progress stays with you, the client.

    .Re-sign’s answer

They are, in ours. A brand producer (Kamata), a licensed SME management consultant (Okuwaki), and finance & business development (Matano) all work at the same company — carrying you through diagnosis (Lens) → design (Blueprint) → implementation (Orchestra) → cycle (TOMOS) through a single point of contact.

→ See for yourself: See the leadership team
  2. Q 2

You can build the right strategy. But can you carry it all the way to moving your employees’ hearts?

Typical partner profile Branding is covered Management is covered Sense is not covered

    Why this question matters

People don’t move on being right alone. Even a logically flawless plan stays trapped in the deck if it never touches the anxiety and pride felt on the front line. A strategy that never moves anyone gets treated the same as one that never existed.

Common pitfall: Strategy-consulting type — The polish of the proposal itself tends to become the deliverable. Execution gets left to the front line’s own effort, and the reasons it never took hold sometimes go unexamined.

    .Re-sign’s answer

We can. Founder Yuki Kamata built a career on moving people’s hearts firsthand — from the first class of Actors School Hiroshima, to a stint with Amuse Inc., to founding leader of the Torahime-ichiza troupe. We don’t stop at delivering; we design all the way through to adoption and training.

  3. Q 3

You can make something great. But can you design the HR systems and AI operations behind it too?

Typical partner profile Branding is covered Management is not covered Sense is covered

    Why this question matters

Polish the look and the messaging all you want — if the evaluation system and day-to-day work don’t change, it reverts within six months. A brand only lasts once the internal systems are there to support it.

Common pitfall: Production-company type — Delivery marks a clean stopping point. HR and operations tend to fall outside scope, and even if what was built goes unused, there’s often no contract left to fix it.

    .Re-sign’s answer

We can. From HR structures like evaluation, 1-on-1s, and role design, through to running TOMOS — the organizational OS that connects goals (KGI) to front-line action (KAI). Chairman Yusuke Okuwaki (a licensed SME management consultant) audits quality against a management yardstick.

→ See for yourself: See the TOMOS system
  4. Q 4

You can change the inside of your company. But can you shape that value so it reaches your customers?

Typical partner profile Branding is not covered Management is covered Sense is covered

    Why this question matters

Even if the organization gets better, you can’t escape price competition unless customers feel it. An internal change only comes back as sales or hiring once it reaches the outside.

Common pitfall: Organizational-development type — Results tend to end within internal metrics. You can end up with “we became a good company, but the reason to be chosen hasn’t changed.”

    .Re-sign’s answer

We can. We put value into words through the 5 benefits and the 8 “value boxes,” translate it into a blueprint, and deliver it fully through 8 channels — web, video, physical space, 1-on-1s, and more. Inner and Outer are built from the same blueprint.

→ See for yourself: See "What is value"
  5. Q 5

The day after something goes viral, what’s left at your company?

Typical partner profile Branding is covered Management is not covered Sense is not covered

    Why this question matters

A moment of attention fades within a week. Brand value compounds through “perceived value × consistency × time.” Communication that doesn’t compound never becomes an asset — it just disappears as an expense.

Common pitfall: Social-media-management type — Each initiative stands alone. It never touches the systems or day-to-day operations, so results depend on the individual in charge — and the standard tends to break the moment that person changes.

    .Re-sign’s answer

A blueprint for value, and a system that keeps turning, both stay behind. What we deliver ties back to the Blueprint, and TOMOS — the organizational OS — remains in your organization as the foundation of the cycle even after you graduate from our support. We build a state that compounds, not a single reaction.

→ See for yourself: See how engagements work
  6. Q 6

You can put the numbers and systems in order. But can you turn them into words that reach employees and customers?

Typical partner profile Branding is not covered Management is covered Sense is not covered

    Why this question matters

Neither a system nor a strategy gets run if it doesn’t get through. “I know what was decided, but I don’t know why we’re doing it” — that state is where things start to hollow out.

Common pitfall: Licensed-professional / administrative type — The deliverable becomes a policy document or a plan. Skip the step of translating it into words, and on the front line it just becomes “another new system arrived.”

    .Re-sign’s answer

We can. Turning an unspoken “?” into an “!” that anyone can act on is one of our own guiding principles. We translate everything — from your philosophy and evaluation system to your hiring language — from the same blueprint of value.

→ See for yourself: See our guiding principles
  7. Q 7

You can create a good “feel.” But can you explain the reasoning behind that judgment?

Typical partner profile Branding is not covered Management is not covered Sense is covered

    Why this question matters

A proposal built on instinct alone is powerful when it lands, but impossible to examine when it misses. If you can’t explain why something worked, you can’t repeat it next time, and you can’t win internal buy-in either.

Common pitfall: Independent-creator type — Decision-making tends to become a black box. Change the person in charge, and the standard changes with them — the brand never compounds as a company asset.

    .Re-sign’s answer

We can. We publish our entire theoretical framework, from how we define value to how we measure it (the 5 benefits / the 8 value boxes / the 3 states of value / KGI → KPI → KAI). We track results in numbers, and explain every technical term in our glossary.

An honest note

There are companies .Re-sign isn’t the right fit for.

We answer “yes” to all seven questions, but we’re not a fit for everyone. If any of the following describes you, we’d recommend a different option.

  • You want to raise sales only, and fast

Finding value, putting it into words, and shaping it so it actually reaches people takes time. If this month’s or next month’s numbers are the only goal, we’re not the right fit.

A better fit: Ad management or sales-promotion agencies. There’s also a valid order where you build sales first, then take on value design afterward.

  • You want to hand everything off without the owner giving any time

Putting your company’s value into words can’t happen without the owner’s own words. If you can’t set aside time to talk, walking alongside you becomes a burden instead of a help.

A better fit: Outsourcing to a production company. If the work is turning something already decided into a finished form, that route moves faster.

  • You just want things to look nicer

We go as far as HR and the systems behind the scenes. If all you want is a design refresh, a specialist firm is the better fit.

A better fit: Design studios and production companies. If you’d rather leave the whole world-building to us, talk to us.

We answer “yes” to all seven questions.

Please take this list of questions into conversations with other companies too. Comparing us on that basis is, we think, the fastest way to decide.
