2. Information We Collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the following information.
Information you provide
- Your name (required), email address (required), and inquiry details (required)
- Company name, phone number, website, area of interest, and preferred date/time (all optional)
- How you found us (multiple choice, required)
Information collected automatically
- Your browser information (user agent)
- The first page you viewed, the referring site, and advertising identifiers (utm parameters)
※ We use your IP address for bot-prevention verification (Cloudflare Turnstile) only, and do not store it.
3. Purpose of Use
- Responding to inquiries and applications for the free assessment, and contacting you
- Recording the details of your inquiry and preparing subsequent proposals
- Compiling statistics on how inquiries reach us (for service improvement, aggregated so no individual is identified)
If we intend to use your information for any purpose beyond the above, we will obtain your consent again beforehand.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
Except where required by law, we never disclose your information to third parties without your consent. We never sell or lend it as a mailing list.
5. Outsourced Services
We use the following providers to operate the site and contact you. We supervise each of them as required.

※ The database that stores inquiry submissions is located in a Cloudflare account managed by TOMOSHIBI Inc., our business partner. As our subcontractor, TOMOSHIBI handles this data only within the scope of system maintenance.
※ All of the providers above are based in the United States, meaning personal information is transferred overseas. Please refer to each provider’s own published information for details of their personal data protection practices.
6. Retention Period
We retain your information for 3 years from the date of your inquiry, and delete it once that period has passed. Because a client relationship can span several years, we set this period so we can respond with the full context of your history with us.
Even within this period, if you request deletion, we will promptly delete your information through the contact point described in Section 9.
7. Security Measures
- All communications are encrypted (HTTPS)
- Access to stored data is limited to staff who need it for their work
- We use verification to prevent automated submissions
8. Cookies and Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how it is used. This feature uses cookies, but does not send personally identifying information such as your name or email address. You can decline this collection by disabling cookies in your browser settings.
